N House designed by Ofisvesaire perched in the idyllic Urla Kekliktepe, is a striking example of transformative renovation. Designed for a couple with finance and law backgrounds, the project redefines both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the home to align with their evolving lifestyle.

This Izmir-based renovation achieves a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, with a reimagined façade showcasing vertical dark aluminum accents and light gray stone. The dynamic interplay of linear lights and spotlights further enhances its contemporary charm. Inside, spacious layouts prioritize fluidity and functionality, with dual kitchens—a service kitchen with integrated dining and a cooking kitchen separated by a ribbed glass door—crafted with high-quality, minimalist materials.

A bold red accent complements the modern palette of parquet flooring, bronze detailing, and precast concrete. Thoughtfully designed landscaping by Duko Landscaping enriches the property’s two-acre garden, featuring a semi-open courtyard that bridges the home with its natural surroundings. Completed in June 2023, N House is an inviting sanctuary that embodies modern elegance and personalized comfort.
