First, upon entering this commodious Irvine home, one can’t help but to be in awe of the sheer elegance of the space. Especially, three crystal chandeliers hang from a wallpapered tray ceiling above a double staircase make the house glittering. Meanwhile, ornamental iron banisters draw the eye around the room.

Next, beneath the staircase rests a custom diamond tufted bench, with lustrous grey upholstery and a shape that makes it feel essential to the design of the home. Separating the formal dining room from the family room and kitchen is a posh sitting area; with a custom black & white faux fur bench, and navy blue chairs with custom upholstery. Moreover, a wallpapered statement ceiling above and a metallic cow hide below define this space as a room unto itself.

Additionally, in the dining room an espresso wood table with a gold mesh base sits atop a luxuriously silky soft custom rug from Surya; while a glamorous gold chandelier adds dimension and style to the space from above. Samuel and Sons floor to ceiling drapery, a silver Bernhardt buffet, and an eye catching 8 x 8 three layered mirror tie this room together.

Besides, the family room demands respect with a stone statement wall, floor to ceiling stationary drapery; and custom furniture such as the sectional sofa and velvet upholstered round daybed.

At the end is the kitchen, where bronze and silver pendant lighting illuminates the island at which four custom Robert Allen counter stools sit regally.
