Designed to celebrate the lush greenery of Bay Harbor Islands and the shimmering waters of the bay, the residence is a masterful composition of horizontality, transparency, and elegance. Its architectural narrative is one of contrast — warm natural materials balanced by sleek glass surfaces — creating a home that feels both contemporary and inviting.

A Grand Arrival Through Water and Light
