Description About The Project

1015 Residence is a captivating embodiment of tropical modern architecture, seamlessly blending clean geometric forms with fluid curves and a deep connection to its natural surroundings.

The street-facing façade is a harmonious composition of horizontal planes accented by vertical elements like slender windows and metal louvers. Stone-clad surfaces pierce through the deep eaves, while the light concrete roofline, punctuated by organically shaped openings, softens the structure and allows natural light to illuminate the entryway, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

At the rear, the design maintains its visual coherence through the use of pale stone, expansive glass panels, and fluid roof shapes. A curvilinear balcony shared by the primary and secondary suites offers both shade and shelter for a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. The outdoor space extends to include a sun deck and a gracefully curved pool, which blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. A dock connects the waterfront to the landscaped garden, defining the transition between the canal, the pool, and the outdoor entertainment spaces.
