Actor Hill Harper Is Offering Up His Oceanfront Malibu Home for $18K a Month

Hill Harper wands to add “landlord” to his long resume.

The multitalented Harper, who’s an actor, author, business owner, lawyer, and candidate for the U.S. Senate, hopes to rent out his three-bedroom, 2.5-bath property in Malibu, CA, for $18,000 a month.

Harper purchased the property in 2018 for $4.1 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The gated, low-slung home is Spanish in style and ideally situated for the best ocean views. The coastal home sits on a bluff overlooking two famed beaches, Zuma and Broad.

The spacious great room is lined with windows, and the dining area includes window seats for overflow guests or for curling up with a juicy novel. The kitchen features stainless appliances, glass-front cabinets, and a pass-through window.

Outside, the circular driveway can fit multiple cars and the big patio has plenty of space for lounge chairs and a dining table.

Harper, 58, has starred in the TV series “CSI: NY” and “The Good Doctor.” A graduate of both Brown and Harvard universities, Harper is also hitting the campaign trail this fall as a candidate for the U.S. Senate from the state of Michigan. Fun fact: His classmate at Harvard Law School was none other than former President Barack Obama.
