Context and nature inspire Terracina House, a private house by the South Florida waterside, was designed by SAOTA as a home that combines art, landscape, and Miami living. Indeed, this striking family home is intrinsically connected to and inspired by its location, right by the Miami waterfront in the affluent neighborhood of Golden Beach.
This home set by the water on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Then, the architects orientated the house towards the long sea views. The structure occupies the inner side of the pie-shaped plot, in order to allow for larger terrace areas towards the water element. Moreover, interiors also combined by wonderful living room ideas; dining room idea; kitchen idea; bedroom idea; bathroom idea and other great ideas.

The Terracina Gallery:
Text by the Architects: The character of this four-bedroom family home in Miami, South Florida, designed by SAOTA, arose largely through an engaged creative response to its distinctive setting. The house is located on a pie-shaped lot in the city of Golden Beach, an affluent and exclusive small municipality on a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
