Mapos was asked to design a family retreat for the founders on a stunning 5-acre waterfront site overlooking Peconic Bay in the Hamptons. Mapos was challenged by the clients to create a timeless design for a multi-generational family which would celebrate the site, incorporate the latest in sustainable design strategies and technology, and exude beauty
