Rustic Contemporary Home in Flower Mound by Urbanology Designs — Living room -The designers match furniture scale with the lofty room so the space would feel cozy despite its size.

Besides, the pendants, rug and furniture kept the large room proportional; as well as livable and not too fussy.

Brass cone pendants hang over a custom built dining table.

Breakfast area with modern lighting and round table seating for six.

The fireplace received a complete overhaul with a custom cement casing application. Especially, the roman shades, platform bed, simple pendants and modern light fixtures truly change the entire feel of the room.

Game Room – This space will also serve as additional entertaining space when family and friends gather.

A large contemporary backyard stone and custom-shaped hot tub.

The sectional and other modern outdoor pieces provide plenty of seating.

Patio with handmade table, benches and chairs give ample seating.

This was a 12 room renovation and design project on a new-construction in Flower Mound, TX. We love this house. Already a beautiful rustic style home it just needed a few redesigns and tweaks to make it perfect for our modern/casual luxe loving clients.
