Text by the Architects: This stunning luxurious design of villa based on a contemporary architecture design is located in the hills of La Zagaleta, sets the bar even higher for luxury residences in Costa del sol. Indeed, a review and exploration of historic archetypes and classicist principles adapted to the times and needs of contemporary life. Hence, the outcome is a modern and elegant masterpiece with exceptional panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast and the mountains from every corner. This is the result of wide openings towards the sea of its main elevation, in contrast to the privacy provided by the rest of the facades, which includes the entrance to the house.

Occupying a 5000 square plot just below the top ridge of the prestigious La Zagaleta estate in Benahavis, Heaven 11 has a built area of over 2300 square meters on three levels, plus an additional 330 square meters of terraces.
