Description: This elegant renovated 1920s Spanish bungalow is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and in the neighborhood of the best shops and restaurants on 3rd Street in the charming Beverly Grove.

The house has three bedrooms, two and a half bathroom. It features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. After entering under a stunning, original Spanish-tile archway, you’ll see a bright and light-filled living room with a brand new heater. Especially, a large dining room and a modern kitchen with high quality appliances and nice breakfast bar will surely satisfy kitchen lovers.
