A | Residence designed by IAIA, a renowned interior design company in UAE. Over the last three decades, the architect preserved its philosophy of creating bespoke projects by implement an out of the box thinking and create designs that are exceptional without exception. By maximizing space utilization, they concentrate on elevating the quality of the interiors. Indeed, A | Residence is a stunning project, which built by the highest standard of luxury. This villa spreads on three stories, on a beautiful plot in Dubai, and offers different experiences with its surrounding environment.

The ground floor expands to the outdoor pool and garden. It also hugs green lushes and trees adopting them as part of the house. Next to it is a long row of lounge chairs and a covered roof to bring the relax moment to the owner. The first floor follows the same logic as the ground floor in terms of light penetration and horizontal circulation, while offering more privacy through warmer flooring and wood cladding. Spaces of the second floor connect with the lower level through double height spaces and passages. They also overlook the garden and the pool below.

In addition to this, the house offers the luxurious living space with endless amenities. Beside the meticulous and decorated design of main living space, includes spaciousliving room, stunning bedroom, sophisticated bathroom, dining room…, the house offers so many utilities. Such as a home playground designed to suit the clients’ needs and hobbies. Also, the bar, home theater, gym, and playroom are crafted and designed for leisure and entertainment. Without a doubt, from arrangement layout, design to chosen material, the home is a truly dream house for anyone to enjoy the life at every moment.

One large marble slab covers the floor with levitated burn walnut elements dividing the different spaces. Also, furniture items delicately placed to benefiti from natural views and proper daylight.

The living room is beautifully decorated according to the owner’s own taste and style. Thereby, it creates a sweet romantic space.

From the main entrance, a disruption of the marble slab links the ground floor to the basement. A clear change of material and disconnection and light give the basement a different feel and atmosphere.

The bathroom is sophisticated and meticulous design with mainly marble and wood materials. Together with dark tones, create an enchanting luxurious space.

Various parameters lead the concept of our design, from the choice of material to the integration of vegetation and light. We have worked on this project inside out, sculpting spaces according to form and function while allowing each material to create the requested atmosphere.
