Nestled in the lush landscape of Dubai Hills, Brisa Villa by Ele Interior Design embodies a sophisticated balance between minimalist architecture and understated opulence. Conceived as a tranquil escape from the city’s energy, this residence captures the essence of serene living through its soft palette, natural materials, and bespoke craftsmanship.
“Our vision was to create a calm and tactile space — where every material, tone, and proportion evoke quiet sophistication,” shares Ele Interior Design.
Every element of Brisa Villa is designed to harmonize with its surroundings — from the expansive windows that invite natural light to the exotic marble surfaces that lend texture and depth.

Design Concept: Simplicity Elevated
The architectural language of Brisa Villa revolves around openness, light, and flow. At the heart of the home lies a seamless open-plan living area, connecting the interior with lush garden views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
The neutral color palette — composed of soft taupes, champagne tones, and warm whites — sets the stage for a tranquil ambiance. Natural stones and exotic marbles, such as Arabesque and Oyster Green, enrich the interiors with subtle luxury while maintaining minimalist restraint.
“Luxury here is not loud,” notes the design team. “It is expressed through precision, craftsmanship, and the quality of silence.”

Craftsmanship and Execution
Executed with meticulous precision, the villa’s interiors were crafted around custom joinery and bespoke furnishings. Each cabinet, wardrobe, and panel was manufactured by artisans to achieve perfect fit and proportion.
The first-floor layout was reimagined to include a master walk-in wardrobe and private pantry, while the ground-floor guest suite was cleverly designed to double as an office. Even the developer’s original bathrooms and kitchen were elevated through refined detailing and complementary finishes.
A key technical achievement was the installation of a bronze-finished lift, seamlessly integrated within the structural core. Its LED-lit design adds both functionality and sculptural presence to the space.

Atmosphere and Material Palette
The ambience of Brisa Villa is defined by clean lines and tactile richness. The double-height foyer, anchored by a custom crystal chandelier, establishes an atmosphere of refined grandeur. From there, the spatial rhythm flows naturally into the dining and living areas, where Italian-branded furniture enhances both comfort and aesthetic harmony.
Throughout the villa, Arabesque and Oyster Green marble, complemented by champagne-colored metal profiles, create a visual language of modern elegance. The bedroom suites continue this dialogue — tranquil sanctuaries with soft lighting, curated furnishings, and premium finishes.
