The 13,875 square foot glass pavilion has five bedrooms; five and a half baths; a kitchen with exquisite wine rooms; and an excellent art gallery displaying the architects’ collection of antique cars.

The landmark building marks a new era in a modern style with structures; such as the Mies Van Der Roh Land Barcelona Pavilion; and the Farnsworth house; as well as the Phillip Johnson greenhouse.

Nestled in a 3.5 acre oak forest in Montecito and with 14,000 square feet under the roof; this Glass Pavilion allows occupants to relax inside; while they can enjoy the view. Gorgeous with nature.

All the large glass panels; Star Fire Glass; kitchen; and bathroom; are signed by famous names like Varena and Antonio Lupi.
