PB House, a two-story epitome of modern minimalism meticulously crafted by D Compose Architect, located in the heart of contemporary architectural brilliance. More than a residence, these structure is a reflection of the inhabitant’s identity, seamlessly blend proportions and elements to create a symphony of beauty in every dimension.

Guided by the principles of environment and context, the designer orchestrated a harmonious dance between structure and nature. The southern front, bathing in sunlight throughout the day, unfolds as a masterstroke where the upper floor extends graciously, forming an awning that not only shades the porch but becomes an architectural statement.

This design choice not only introduces an element of dimensionality to the exterior but also crafts an inviting space beneath the awning. With a lofty ceiling and a skylight, this area breathes openness, acting as a prelude to the residence. The interiors, conceived to redefine the residents’ way of life, go beyond conventional expectations. Catering to the need for five bedrooms, a high hall, a private office, and more, the house transcends norms, offering spaces for relaxation such as a koi pond, a child-friendly swimming pool, and a social hangout spot.

Safety and privacy remain paramount, and the designer ingeniously positions the high hall as the protagonist. This central space, a double – height hall serving as a living and dining area, connects seamlessly with the upper levels. It fosters interaction, enable those on the upper floors to engage with the activities below. The infusion of outdoor elements into the central hall, like the koi pond, brings nature closer, create a tranquil atmosphere.

Indeed, PB House, a testament to modern living, seamlessly intertwines architectural sophistication with a harmonious connection to nature.

The courtyard emerges as another interior gem, featuring a floating partition wall above the koi pond, ensuring privacy and incorporating a waterfall wall for a touch of serenity.

The interior decor, distinguished by modern luxury, embraces elegance, simplicity, and minimalism. Curves and rounded corners juxtaposed with the building’s squares impart a unique dimension to the interior, echoing the residents’ desire for a refined and superior way of living in their new abode.

Text by the Architects: These two-story modern minimalist houses represent the resident’s identity completely. The designer intended to make the structure and architecture harmonious by arranging the proportions of various elements to reflect the beauty in every dimension. The designer refers to the environment and context of the house as the main design principles to be consistent with the building orientation and various uses of the house. For example, the front of the house in the south is the direction that receives the sun all day, so the front wall of the upper floor is designed to protrude from the wall of the lower floor to act as an awning to shade the front porch and help prevent heat.
