Description About The Project

Villa Camellia located on a serene two-acre plot outside Kounoupitsa in Kasteli Kissamos, is a harmonious sanctuary designed for summer relaxation. Surrounded by lush olive groves and enjoying a gentle slope, the property offers stunning views of the bay city of Kasteli. The project features two independent residences—one tailored to guests with accessibility needs—blending functionality, modern aesthetics, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The main villa, spanning 165 m², is centrally located on the plot with a northeast orientation. It boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complemented by three en-suite bedrooms and a cozy attic. Adjacent to the main villa, a 30 m² guest house has been thoughtfully designed for accessibility, offering a bedroom, a disabled-friendly bathroom, and a kitchenette.

At the heart of the outdoor space lies a 90 m² swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool and a spacious seating area, ideal for soaking in the Mediterranean ambiance. The villa’s interiors feature earthy tones and natural materials, creating a warm and inviting environment. Wooden accents dominate, while beige fabrics and concrete furnishings provide a modern yet timeless touch. Custom-designed furniture and geometric decorative elements enhance the individuality of each bedroom, reflecting a seamless blend of style and comfort.
