Architecture Design of Casa Mica
Description About The Project
Casa Mica, designed by PUERTA35ARQUITECTURA, is a modern villa that masterfully blends open, spacious interiors with breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape and sea. The primary goal of the project was to create larger, brighter daytime living spaces on the first level while introducing a versatile upper level with panoramic views.
On the first level, the design focuses on enhancing the daytime spaces of the villa. A custom-designed linear piece of furniture runs through the common areas, serving both the living room and kitchen. This thoughtful piece of furniture also forms the villa’s entrance hall, acting as a central axis for circulation and views throughout the space.
The upper level introduces a striking glass cube that houses a multipurpose space. This area opens up to resort-style outdoor platforms, offering seamless connections to the stunning views of the city and sea. The design further extends the outdoor experience with a water feature that blends with the sea, creating a harmonious relationship between the villa and its natural surroundings.
