Description About The Project

Climbing Roses Villa, designed by ACCESS design lab, is a stunning contemporary residence that captures the most beautiful views of the Tam Dao golf course. The villa, with one basement and three above-ground floors, is meticulously designed to fully exploit the scenic surroundings while providing a luxurious living experience. The design elegantly balances public and private spaces, ensuring privacy and maximizing user experience.

Embracing the principles of Tropical Modern Architecture, the villa harmonizes with the surrounding landscape through an interplay of solid and open spaces. Open courtyards, terraces, and strategically placed voids bring in natural light and ventilation, reducing energy consumption and enhancing the living experience. The villa’s multi-level design takes full advantage of the area’s unique elevation, with the basement dedicated to entertainment and leisure, including a swimming pool, while the upper floors house independent living areas for the homeowners and guests.

The villa’s interior reflects the homeowner’s passion for contemporary art, featuring a curated collection of works by artist Do Minh Tam. Every material, from natural wood to Italian marble and matte stainless steel, is carefully chosen to complement the modern, luxurious aesthetic while respecting the integrity of the artworks. The villa also boasts an interconnected jacuzzi and paddling pool system, with 300 square meters of water surface and a four-season jacuzzi room. The swimming pool and landscape garden seamlessly blend with the adjacent golf course, creating a sense of infinite expansion and serenity.
