A Light-Filled Modern Haven of Texture, Warmth, and Sculptural Boldness
Nestled within a landscaped envelope, Contemporary Oasis by Designer’s Circle reimagines modern living with a soft-spoken intensity. Designed for a family seeking calm elegance and visual connection to the outdoors, the home is a lesson in spatial fluidity, sunlight choreography, and material tactility. With five bedrooms and multiple semi-private zones, the house is anchored by a contemporary ethos—one that embraces natural light, layered greys, and the emotional power of artwork.
“We envisioned the house as a sequence of experiences guided by light and texture,” said the lead designer at Designer’s Circle in a conversation with Luxury Houses Magazine. “It was about crafting a residence where every passage, every wall, quietly contributes to a narrative of calm, richness, and understated drama.”

Designing with Light and Transparency
The home’s layout orients around maximum daylight exposure. Skylights and full-height glass windows allow sunlight to cascade across interior surfaces, transforming living spaces throughout the day. Entry begins at the corner of the property, leading along a subtly choreographed path that reveals the architecture and surrounding landscape in cinematic fragments before arriving at a hidden, south-facing main entrance.
“We wanted the entry sequence to build anticipation—revealing the house not all at once, but in layers,” said the project architect. “It’s a house you discover as you move through it.”
Each room opens to a central passage, connecting vertical and horizontal circulation across the home while maintaining intimacy between zones.

A Palette of Grey, Stone, and Sculptural Warmth
Inside, the design relies on a restrained but richly layered palette. Walls are finished in textured grey, contrasted by warm wooden panels and rustic leather upholstery. The focal point of the main living area—a marble-clad fireplace with a leather finish—anchors the room, complemented by a matching marble coffee table and curated statement artwork.
“We often work in shades of grey to enhance the beauty of natural materials,” the lead interior designer noted. “Grey, when paired with brown and bronze, creates a sense of minimal boldness—it doesn’t shout, but it leaves a mark.”
Bronze strips were used sparingly to add refined luxury without overwhelming the space, while primary blue sculptures—such as the bold horse figure on the first-floor passage—act as intentional disruptions in the neutral field.

Art, Architecture, and Emotional Geometry
Art is a dominant design element throughout the residence, with each floor featuring signature pieces curated to create contrast and depth. The first floor becomes a visual anchor, where artwork takes precedence over furniture. On the second floor, a reading nook was created as a quiet alcove with a view—featuring a lounge chair, custom bookshelves, and terrace access.
“Our goal was not to decorate, but to compose,” said the architect. “The blue accents, the bronze trims, the vaulted wooden ceiling—they all work together like instruments in a symphony.”
Tactile Finishes and Sensory Comfort
Natural textures continue across flooring and walls in the form of stone cladding, faux-vaulted wooden ceilings, and glass-metal openings that frame outdoor views while introducing fine detailing. On the upper floor, a secluded balcony houses a swing, further amplifying the home’s retreat-like character.
“This house is a place to be both energized by light and grounded by materiality,” said the design director. “Every space offers a different tempo—from bold visual moments to pockets of quiet reflection.”
