Luxurious Stoneridge Residence is a remodel project of one-story estate located along scenic Mulholland Drive in hill of Bel-Air, Los Angeles, California, United States. The project was given the distinct honor of being the Product Showcase House for the Avenues of Art & Design (the design district of West Hollywood) in collaboration with Luxe Magazine. Assembledge+ turned a one-story home in Los Angeles into a luxurious two-story estate with fabulous areas for entertaining and an Olympic sized infinity-edge pool.

The house itself, a large mass of brick-faced box forms, is unified by a second floor addition. It looks out on to the back yard and San Fernando Valley stunning views. Through a comprehensive landscaping effort and large restructured openings, the architect tries to reconnect the residence with its site. The exterior of this luxurious Stoneridge Residence includes with the existing brick clad volumes to create a unified and dynamic composition. While, the interiors are affiliated with a focus on stone materials and elemental wood. The ground floor consists of an appointed home theater, a family room, living room, a large working kitchen, dining room and bathroom. In addition to this, the upper floor provides an open-flowing 2100-square-feet master bedroom suite and guest bedrooms. Surely, this is a great home which offers a luxurious living space and high end amenities to live and entertain.

Luxurious Stoneridge Residence remodel in Los Angeles by Assembledge+

The back yard focal piece is an Olympic-sized infinity-edge pool and Barragan inspired poured-in-place cantilevered concrete water fountain. While, the lawn provides ample space for family activities and large gatherings.

The remodel also extends the living area of the house out into the site through large glazed openings, dining patios, and extensive landscaped grounds.

Also, a billowing custom crafted wall rises amidst an oak timber switch-back staircase and provides a focal point for the ground floor.
