Screen House in Palm Springs, California was designed by Cioffi Architect in Modern style offers incredible mountain living with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms in 3,800 square feet of living spaces. This home located on beautiful lot overlooking the valley floor in the famous Palm Springs Tennis Club; and wonderful outdoor living spaces including patio, pool, garden and more.

Description: Derived by the theories of Corbu’s Villa Savoye & Van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House; the goal was to maintain the purity of the site while not suppress the beauty of its surroundings. To achieve this Cioffi has design an elegant “floating box” that preserves the natural desertscape below. Intended to capture the 360 degree of picturesque views from the site; not be hindered by the extreme summer temperatures; the design provides large expansions of floor to ceiling glass shadowed by custom “bris de soliel,” or sun screens formulating the projects name Screen House.
