Modern Oasis House, a Natural Modern Project by David Small Designs

Modern Oasis House designed by David Small Designs is an impressive project, which achieves Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction. Covington Estates, a custom home builder, commissioned this well-known architect to design this home for 123 Balsam Dr in Oakville. Indeed, the team at Covington were inspired by David’s House, but had the interpretation of “natural modern”. They wanted to create a warm, inviting modern oasis on an exclusive, near half acre lot in Southeast Oakville. So, stone, stucco and cedar were strategically combined to create texture and dimension on the façade. The color palette and materials work together to create a serene, spa­-like modern appeal; hence the name ‘The Modern Oasis’.

In addition to this, the interior reinforces the modern design – an open floor plan, state-­of­-the­-art home automation and large expanses of glass. With 9,000 square feet of living space, this home hosts 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and all the luxury amenities that one could dream of. Besides, this home offers theatre, wine room, pool, cabana, waterfall, outdoor fireplace, and more… Without a doubt, all things bring the stunning project design as well as the luxurious living area for resident inside.
