The Hutt House designed by Alex Popov, director of PopovBass. This house combines award winning interiors with breathtaking views across the iconic sweep of Whale Beach. Indeed, it is a stunning contemporary beach house of rare elegance and style and has been featured in multiple design publications. Featured in multiple design publications, the four-bedroom house is a glorious fusion of form and function; bathed in all day sun from its sought after southern position on the beach. Besides, its stunning interiors span four beautifully crafted levels and finished with an extraordinary array of premium finishes.

This house commissioned as a holiday house by Sydney based clients but a holiday house with some seriously high-end features such as a copper roof, an electric car turntable, a skylit gallery with commercial grade lighting and a black mosaic lined heated pool. Besides, the home’s double garage includes a turntable plus off-street parking for 4 cars. An internal lift connects the parking level to the ground floor. Also, the top floor is given over to a dazzling master retreat, including an Italian marble ensuite and private Ocean facing terrace. While, a self-contained lower level includes full kitchen, lounge, hardwood decking and pool. The residence extends entirely to a sheltered entertaining terrace overlooking the gentle curve of Whale Beach.

The house constructed by concrete clad with recycled Jarrah, copper roof, internal lift from parking level to ground floor.

Gorgeous open plan design is framed by floor to ceiling glass and features 2.4m ceiling heights

Especially, dramatic cantilevered floating staircase is crafted with Canadian Rock Maple, creating a superb visual accent.

The house enjoys a sheltered spot overlooking the curve of the beach and the grounds have native Australian landscaping and more top of the line lighting.
