Description About The Project

AD Residence by SDH Studio Architecture + Design nestled in the coveted Northeast Pinecrest, embodies the principles of modernist architecture through clean lines, a rectilinear layout, and a deep connection to its lush, natural surroundings. The home is thoughtfully positioned amidst a grove of exotic palms, Zen bamboo, and stately oaks, with its footprint carefully shaped to honor and preserve these trees. Enhancing the home’s connection with nature, deep overhangs and meticulous detailing bring a sense of harmony to the design.

The interior flows seamlessly from the kitchen, living, and bar areas into one spacious open-concept public space that extends to a covered terrace overlooking the pool, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor living experience. The first floor is divided into two primary volumes—the main residence and a separate fitness suite, which offers flexibility and convenience. On the second floor, the spacious primary suite includes a private terrace with tranquil views of the pool, providing a serene retreat within this modern sanctuary.
