Architecture Design of F3 Residence
Description About The Project
F3 Residence by Belluzzo Martinhão Arquitetos is a stunning example of contemporary design harmoniously integrated with its natural surroundings. Situated on a rectangular plot with a steep slope, the residence strategically sets back the main volume of the house to the central portion of the plot, creating an expansive front garden that gently navigates the terrain’s natural profile and offers a welcoming approach to the main entrance.
The ground floor, positioned slightly below street level, houses the social areas, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, game room, and pool, alongside the garage and service areas. The garage and service zones, discreetly placed on the front left side of the plot, are hidden beneath a green roof, merging seamlessly with the garden. The social spaces are centrally located, featuring extensive glazing that fosters a seamless connection with the garden and panoramic views. Wooden brises on the façade and the lush front garden enhance privacy and aesthetic appeal.
Designed for large family vacations, the upper floor accommodates seven suites and a cinema room, ensuring ample space for grandparents, children, grandchildren, and guests. This level provides privacy, while the ground floor remains open and connected to outdoor garden areas.
Emphasizing a contemporary architectural style, the design features straight lines, large openings, and integrated spaces, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection. Natural materials such as tauari wood, Itaúnas granite, and moledo stone add warmth, contrasting with industrial elements like aluminum frames, glass, and black ACM panels.
The outdoor area boasts a granite deck linking the balcony to an infinity-edge pool, which offers a shallow area and spa near the deck, and an extended lane leading to the locker room and sauna. A moledo stone wall ensures privacy from neighbors and serves as a structural base for the expansive 14-meter-long balcony.
To achieve visual lightness and expansive openings in the social areas, the upper floor is constructed using a steel frame, enhancing structural lightness while benefiting from the thermal-acoustic and sustainable properties of this building method.
