The home is a harmonious combination between traditional, minimalist Japanese design and the elegance and sophistication of modern life. Indeed, by the design’s talent and endless inspiration, combination of these two seemingly opposite design ideas, seems to create an incredibly perfect blend.

Beside the professionally designed landscape and architecture, the house is a truly dream house for anyone with luxurious and high end amenities. The living spaces of this house are sophisticated and elegant design. Including opening great room with modern, linear gas fireplace, the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the master bathrooms with soaking tub, dual shower, tankless water heaters, the large kitchen island, wine room, oversized laundry room… Besides, the house offer an exposed aggregate drive and walkways, together with the finished oversized 4-car garage to adapt the owner requirement. Also, the stunning swimming pool and patio offers the wonderful relaxing moment for the owner.

Once inside, all rooms of this house built with square and contemporary corners, the smooth level 5 finish drywall, 10′ ceilings and 8′ solid core doors. Floor to ceiling views wrap around perfectly balanced zen gardens offering a true retreat in the middle of the Las Vegas desert. Also, the home opens up to the backyard from every room with oversized pocketing doors for a true indoor, outdoor feel. In addition to this, custom shutters allow fresh air to flow through the home and the highest quality finishings make this home a unique Jewel in the desert.

The floating staircase with the glass handrail seems the room more spacious. This looks even better with the black staircase that match perfectly with the sofa, ceiling border and door.

In an open floor plan space, the sitting area feel like its own separate hangout zone by turning it into a sunken family room. One side of this room overlooks to the swimming pool outside, creates the airy amosphere. Also, the custom upholstering also speaks the warm tones of the nearby kitchen.
