Architecture Design of Residence 321

Description About The Project

Residence 321, designed by Ascoz Arquitectura in València, Spain, offers a luxurious experience akin to staying in a high-end hotel. Spanning over three levels and covering more than 625 square meters (6,500 square feet), this residence strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Perched on a hill in the picturesque La Ribera Alta region, the house boasts exotic greenery, a captivating pool, and a distinctive style reminiscent of an exclusive resort overlooking the Pacific.

Every aspect of the house, including the strips and the overall structure, is meticulously constructed with precast concrete based on a well-planned three-dimensional design. Vegetation is integrated into the spaces between the concrete, emphasizing the connection with nature. The boundaries between the interior and exterior spaces blur, creating a harmonious and cohesive atmosphere. Additionally, two trees physically integrated into the structure further enhance the sense of unity with the natural surroundings.

The elegance of Residence 321 is evident in its meticulous details, such as the sophisticated kitchen and its top-of-the-line appliances, the inviting heated outdoor Jacuzzi, the bamboo-covered terrace roof, and the wine cellar, gym, and garage located in the basement. The family’s wishlist included a spacious spaces includes livingdining room, a stunning pool, and a lush garden, and the designer expertly incorporated these elements into the tailored design of the residence. Indeed, from the choice of materials to the seamless integration of the upper floor rooms with their respective bathrooms and the sleek design of the main staircase, every aspect of Residence 321 exudes the unapologetic hedonism desired by the family for their new home.
