Description About The Project

Villa B – Garden Villa set within the renowned Naman Residences on Non Nuoc Beach, balances beachfront tranquility with the elegance of modern coastal living. Designed to address both a lack of direct ocean views and a high-density master plan, this villa type introduces spatial openness through strategic division. The villa’s design creates two distinct spaces: a serene pond area that opens to the beach horizon for relaxation, and a versatile living area with terraces and lush landscapes. The upper block houses the bedrooms, positioned to offer private, unobstructed sea views, while the ground floor seamlessly blends an open kitchen and living room with outdoor amenities, including a BBQ area and a private swimming pool.

A reflective rooftop waterscape crowns the lower block, cooling the building and enhancing the rooftop’s natural aesthetic. Constructed with locally sourced materials to support both budget and sustainability goals, Garden Villa B boasts a resilient yet refined structure that maintains natural ventilation. With sleek, minimalist design lines and durable, hurricane-protected construction, this villa is a serene, luxurious retreat that embodies the essence of coastal living.
