A White Jewel on the Adriatic Coast
Located on the Venetian coast of Jesolo, Italy, the Jesolo Lido Beach Villa by JM Architecture stands as a testament to minimalist elegance and architectural precision. Completed for a private client seeking peace and simplicity, this residence translates JM Architecture’s philosophy of purity, proportion, and light into an extraordinary beachfront retreat.
As Jacopo Mascheroni, founder of JM Architecture, explains: “We wanted the house to be a pure geometric volume that enhances the experience of light, sea, and space — a dialogue between architecture and horizon.”

Sculptural Simplicity and Spatial Harmony
The villa’s iconic form—a white, cubic pavilion—rests lightly on the coastal sand dunes. Its architecture is guided by symmetry, balance, and the interplay of solid and void. Smooth white stucco surfaces contrast with transparent glass planes, creating an effect that is both grounded and ethereal.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing panoramic sea views and flooding every space with daylight. The building’s height and layout are carefully calibrated to preserve privacy from the beach while maintaining openness toward the horizon.
The flat roof, pure in geometry, contains solar panels and hidden technical systems, reinforcing the minimalist ethos while ensuring energy efficiency.

Effortless Indoor-Outdoor Living
Inside, the open-plan living area unfolds with a continuous visual connection to the sea. The living room, dining space, and kitchen flow seamlessly toward a sun deck and infinity pool. The palette is restrained—white resin floors, custom oak cabinetry, and soft neutral fabrics—to maintain a calm, light-filled atmosphere.
Sliding glass walls disappear into concealed pockets, extending the interior toward the terrace and pool. The result is a fluid continuity between architecture, landscape, and ocean.
Private areas, including the master suite and guest rooms, are arranged with precision to ensure both intimacy and openness. Each space maintains a view of the sky or sea, reinforcing JM Architecture’s philosophy of connection through transparency and proportion.
Material Integrity and Custom Craftsmanship
The Jesolo Lido Beach Villa is an example of JM Architecture’s holistic design approach, where structure, furniture, and finishes are conceived as one integrated composition. Custom-made built-in elements—such as wardrobes, kitchen systems, and bathroom vanities—reflect the firm’s meticulous attention to detail.
Natural light defines every space, modulated through deep window recesses and subtle lighting coves. The material palette remains minimal yet rich in texture: matte white surfaces, warm oak accents, and glass that captures the shifting tones of the Adriatic sky.

Sustainability Meets Serenity
Beyond aesthetics, the villa embodies a sustainable design ethos. High-performance glazing, passive cooling strategies, and renewable energy systems ensure thermal comfort while minimizing environmental impact. The orientation of the house maximizes natural ventilation and light, significantly reducing energy demand.
As JM Architecture emphasizes, “Sustainability is not an added layer but a design principle—it’s what allows beauty to endure.”

Jesolo Lido Beach Villa: The Essence of Pure Architecture
Jesolo Lido Beach Villa by JM Architecture is not just a beachfront residence—it is an exercise in perfection, where simplicity reveals sophistication. The project merges art, technology, and craftsmanship into a tranquil architectural experience that redefines modern coastal living.
Every surface, line, and proportion serves a single goal: to celebrate light, serenity, and connection with the sea.
