Description About The Project

AK Residence designed by Rodrigo Latorre Arquitetura, completed in 2021 in Santana de Parnaíba, Brazil. This stunning 2-storey house located among the green nature and harmonious with the nature surrounding.

Especially, the house highlights the beautiful landscape through the floor to ceiling glass windows. Indeed, thanks to the prime location, the house designed to take all advantage of location, to provide the spectacular views of the nature. Also, the main room is integrated with the social living area and with the outside area, ensuring that all environments enjoy the best view.

The use of wood in the roof of these environments and in some panels, as well as stone, was important element giving comfort to the spaces. In addtion to this, the house offers high end amenities with sophisticated design of interiors, includes living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Surely, this house is an ideal place for the owner to enjoy the life as well as the beautiful nature surrounding.
