Architecture Design of Boa Vista House
Description About The Project
Boa Vista House, designed by Padovani Arquitetos, was created for a couple with a child, aim for a strong connection with the surrounding landscape in both the social and intimate areas. The house seamlessly integrates with the land, featuring an open and inviting kitchen and barbecue area. The front facade facing the street is carefully designed to respect the era’s regulations and maintain a harmonious streetscape.
The social areas of the residence are strategically positioned to take full advantage of the terrain. And provide ample space for leisure activities. The generous dimensions of these areas promote a vibrant and active lifestyle. While also ensuring optimal thermal comfort within the house. The focal point of outdoor entertainment is an infinity pool that seamlessly blends with a spa and barbecue area. Below the paved surface, adorned with palm trees, an underground cellar adds a unique and distinctive element to the house.
Upon ascending the stairs to the upper floor, the initial landing creates a floating effect above a water mirror that penetrates the house, offering a visually captivating experience. This space provides dual access and leads to three master suites, all designed to provide uninterrupted views of the preserved forest. The architectural design incorporates Swiss-inspired skylights, which allow natural light to illuminate internal plants and create visually stunning breakthroughs throughout the house.
