Maximizing Space with an L-Shaped Layout

The house follows an L-shaped configuration, a strategic design decision that enhances natural ventilation, sunlight exposure, and landscape views. By orienting openings toward the private garden, the residence ensures unobstructed sightlines and optimal outdoor connectivity while protecting interiors from neighboring structures.
