This Sombra House in Austin situated on a limestone bluff higher than the street, affording the house a surprising degree of privacy, and views over the neighboring houses to downtown Austin. This house offers 5,000 square feet of living spaces is organized around a central pool courtyard. The goal of design is balancing solidity and weight with lightness and transparency.
