Description About The Project

Sottile House designed by Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura that showcases the elegant design while still take advantage from location. This house is 50m prism spreads on the hill and offers stunning views to the nature.

Indeed, the project developed in an unconventional way since the hall and main access take place in a private block. Besides, this block combines the use of metal and wood, contrast coldness with coziness, have the dark structure designed in a rhythm that frames the warmth of the wood that covers the private suites. Once insides, the interior such as living room, dining room, kitchen designed meticulously with modern furniture. Also, it creates luxurious spaces with high end amenities for the owner.

Without a doubt, on the subtlety of uniting opposites, of creating voids in the full, the architecture is born that in its simplicity is complete.

Text by the Architects: As the name reveals, Sottile House is about subtlety petrified in an architectural gesture, where a 50m prism sits on the hill to observe the vegetation mass that presents the view towards which the residence is oriented.
