Description About The Project

TT House designed by PsA Architecture as an architectural gem in Da Nang, Vietnam. This house designed for a family seeking a dual purpose haven as both a serene residence and an efficient office space. Bessides, this modern dwelling, strategically located in a new residential enclave, stands out with its minimalist interior, offering comfort for work and relaxation for family members.

Indeed, nestled on a spacious 315m2 plot, TT House embraces a thoughtful design with setbacks on all sides, prioritizing natural light and ventilation. On the other hand, the front and back yards, along with corridors and green spaces, contribute to a tranquil environment. This 3-level structure meticulously crafted, emphasize simple geometric lines and proportions. Also, create a seamless transition and a refreshing play of light.

The ground floor is dedicated to office activities, while the second and third floors cater to family living. The interior is bathed in light, thanks to minimalist and uniform materials, feature white walls and natural wood furniture. This delicate design imparts stability and an impressive aesthetic.

In essence, TT House is a testament to the harmonious integration of living and working spaces. It maximizes work efficiency without compromising the essential bonds of family life. The result is a haven that seamlessly blends comfort and convenience, where every aspect is meticulously designed to enhance the quality of both work and leisure.

In orrder to make the living space more light and intimate, the team of architects used minimalist and uniform materials, contrasting the white walls and natural wood furniture.

Central to TT House is an inner courtyard, adorned with a skylight, pond, and greenery. Also, serve as the axis connecting key spaces, this courtyard promotes interaction among family members. It acts as a bridge between indoor and outdoor realms, offer a direct connection with nature, tempering the summer heat, and mitigating winter chill.

Text by the Architects: The homeowner needed to build a house that could be used as an office. Therefore, PsA Architecture chose a modern design with a minimalist interior style to create a TT House that is both comfortable for work and relaxing for family members to rest and unwind. TT House is located in a new residential area in Da Nang, Vietnam. Also, this area has complete infrastructure, moderate construction density, a quiet environment, and is not far from the Han River. The house has a construction area 168m2 and is a home and office for a family of 4.
