Villa The Hill designed by Ark Architects, is one of the most impressive villas in Sotogrande with the location of The Hill is unique and only 1.5 km from the sea. In addition to sea views from the basement, ground floor and first floor, the rooftop chill-out area is an explosion of unique views.

Contemporary family home that sits comfortably its surroundings. Among its sophisticated amenities, Villa The Hill includes indoor and outdoor poos and a gym. Besides, the gardens landscaped for privacy and make the most of the amazing views. This architectural project that designed to enjoy a different lifestyle. In addition to the nine en-suite bedrooms, the project has a spa with an indoor pool, gym connected to the garden, massage room, sauna, steam room, relaxation area, jacuzzi overlooking the garden and spa bar.

On the other hand, an architecture that seeks to live in nature, with a style between modern and classic. The owner did not want a very modern villa but he wanted something unique with unique materials, such as natural stone in particular formats. Hence, this architecture which combines white with the skin of Travertine marble manages to be unique with panoramic views of Marbella, Sierra Nevada, Africa, Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.
