Z House, envisioned by Milic Harel Architects, nestled on a 700 sqm plot along the main road in a serene North Tel Aviv neighborhood, is a testament to architectural ingenuity that seamlessly merges urban living with tranquility. Indeed, crafted to offer a haven of serenity, this house strategically counteracts the vibrancy of its central location.

On the other hand, the front South facade is an architectural masterpiece, present a dual layer buffer adorned with a lush garden in between. This innovative design not only safeguards the residents’ privacy but also serves as a natural shield against the hum of urban activity, foster an oasis of calm within.

Once inside through what can be described as a “hole in the wall,” marked by a steel door niche, the Z House unfolds its true essence. The North façade, fully open to the enchanting back garden, effortlessly integrates interior and outdoor living spaces. A soaring 4-meter glass wall adds an ethereal touch, seemingly suspend in space and accentuate the airiness of the design.

Overall, Z House is not merely a dwelling; it is a harmonious blend of urban sophistication and tranquil retreat. Immerse yourself in the artful architecture that defines this residence, a testament to the delicate balance between modern living and a peaceful haven.

On the other hand, the design choice ensures that only one floor is visible from the street, enhance the residence’s aesthetic allure.

In addition to this, the strategic elevation of the entrance floor and the rear garden creates a visual spectacle. Also, guestrooms, cleverly positioned at half levels above and below the entry point, extend the elegance of the structure.

Adorned with sliding oakwood partitions and a concealed pull-down guest bed within a cupboard, this space transforms seamlessly, doubling as an inviting bench when closed. It embodies functionality without compromising on style.
