Architecture Design of Amarelinho House
Description About The Project
Amarelinho House, designed by Perelopes Arquitetura, crafted to address the challenges of a hot climate and the desire for integration and views throughout the property. Multiple interconnected patios created to provide shade, cross ventilation, and a seamless flow from the entrance to the rear of the lot. Despite the presence of a large tree with a wide canopy, the design team skillfully integrated it into the layout, resulting in a series of inviting outdoor spaces. The discreet and minimalist front facade allows the tree canopy to take center stage, while perforated elements on the ground floor offer privacy without compromising ventilation. Stepping inside reveals an open and integrated interior, seamlessly connecting the social and leisure areas with the pool.
The ground floor encompasses the social area, a guest bedroom, complete bathroom, toilet, and laundry room. On the upper floor, three intimate bedrooms with ensuite bathroom situated, accompanied by a pantry that serves both the upper floor. And offers a breathtaking view of the Amarelinho tree. The facade incorporates cobogó elements, promoting ventilation and natural light, while also ensure visibility, some of which protected by vegetation.
Overall, this house successfully combines functional design elements to address the climate and the desires of the owners. The interconnected patios, integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, and clever use of perforated elements and cobogó contribute to a harmonious and comfortable living environment.

The Amarelinho House Gallery:
Text by the Architects: The Amarelinho house has become a favorite of the office, it’s so cool and comfortable that it makes you want to live in this project. The name Amarelinho comes from the tree that exists on the lot. It is a 30×15 lot in a condominium in Palmas-TO. Naming the house after the tree was not mere informality, since one of the reasons for choosing the lot was the adult, well-established tree that protects the house from the north/northeast sun that heats our city. Like all of our projects, the house was designed to be as comfortable as possible, always trying to please the residents and respect the climate and terrain.
