Designed by Raiz Arquitetura, led by architects Alexandre Ferraz and Elias Souza, this 1,373.84-square-meter residence is a testament to modern architectural excellence, balancing luxury with natural integration.

Luxury Houses Magazine reached out to the design team for insights, and the Architect shared: “The vision for Jukro House was to craft a seamless experience between architecture and nature. The homeowners had a deep appreciation for the Atlantic Forest, and we ensured that this connection remained at the heart of the design.”

Design Philosophy and Architectural Concept

The house was meticulously crafted to maximize views of both the Atlantic Forest at the rear and the Serra do Mar mountains at the front. The back of the house features a double-height balcony, offering unobstructed views of the lush greenery, while the front boasts a glazed double-height living room with external brises to manage sunlight exposure on the West-facing facade.

The project prioritizes natural light and ventilation, achieved through an internal garden and strategically placed zenith openings. This architectural approach ensures a seamless connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding natural environment.

The layout of Jukro House is designed to provide privacy and comfort, accommodating:

Seven elegantly arranged suites, including one master and two semi-master suites.
