Sena House is a sophisticated three-level residence designed by Remyarchitects, nestled on a prime corner lot in Nordelta with stunning river views, . Its architectural design maximizes the interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape. The house’s layout is strategically organized to offer breathtaking views of the river from multiple angles.

Upon entering, the central hall leads into the heart of the home—a striking double-height living room that anchors the residence. Positioned at the corner, this space takes full advantage of dual facades overlooking the river, allowing light to flood in and creating a dynamic focal point for the house. From this central living area, the home branches out towards the kitchen and daily dining space in one direction, while the formal dining room and barbecue area extend in the opposite direction, encouraging fluid, open movement throughout the home.

The second floor is dedicated to family living, with the master suite oriented towards the east to capture the morning light and provide panoramic river views. Children’s bedrooms face both the north and South, ensuring they benefit from natural light while maintaining privacy. The top level features a guest bedroom and a versatile multipurpose room that opens onto expansive terraces, offering additional outdoor space and new perspectives of the serene landscape.

Material selection plays a key role in the elegance and longevity of Sena House. The entire residence is clad in travertine stone, providing a timeless aesthetic that blends the exterior and interior spaces into a cohesive whole.
