A Modern Luxury House creates resort-like living spaces by David Small Designs, who is well-known as an award winning custom home design firm based in Mississauga, Canada. Located on a beautiful plot in Toronto, this home is a modern, grand and luxurious project.

Indeed, the exterior of the is really impressive. The varying roof heights/ styles (low pitched and flat) result in a dynamic facade. Besides, the mix of natural stone, black paneling and warm wood siding and soffits add warmth to the modern aesthetic. The landscaping and built-in stone planter further integrate the home with the property.

In addition to this, the interior of the house is luxurious. The layout is elaborate: multiple entertaining areas (library, basement recreation room, outdoor living), a luxe master suite and an open concept great room. The floor plan was designed for a family who entertains, featuring a library with bar/ lounge, a formal dining area, a separate spice/prep kitchen, multiple outdoor entertaining areas and an elaborate basement layout (including a bunk room for when the children have friends sleepover). The outdoor living space is innovative and aligns with the client’s vision of a resort-like environment. Without a doubt, this home is a ideal place to live and enjoy the life, like a luxurious resort living spaces.
