Architecture Design of Rashnan Villa House
Description About The Project
Rashnan Villa House, a splendid creation by Hamaan Studio, born from the client’s dream of not just a vacation villa but a true home, rich with childhood memories. When Hamaan Studio took the reins, the existing structure lacked the architectural finesse the client yearned for. A nine squared geometry, reminiscent of traditional pavilions, awaited transformation.
The project became a journey of architectural self creation, intertwining with the client’s aspirations. The initial challenge involved rectifying structural issues, especially with the disruptive two-story facade. Hamaan Studio’s ingenuity dissolved the separation, introduce an “intermediary space” that harmonized public and private realms.
The redesign showcased a new entrance and a bridge-like circulation path, addressing prior structural shortcomings. The result? A residence that seamlessly integrates with the mountainous landscape, offering a unique living experience. Rashnan Villa House stands proudly with a concrete structure, featuring underfloor heating and split units for climate control. Step into a world where architecture meets nostalgia, where each corner tells a story, and every space reflects the warmth of a cherished home.

the client envisioned more: not just a leisure vacation villa but one that could serve as a home itself, not merely a short-term substitute for an urban house. They also wanted the design to materialize their childhood memories.

The building boasts a concrete structure and features underfloor heating via a packaged system for heating and split units for cooling.

The design also considered a new entrance and a bridge-like circulation path around the first floor, advancing and refining the previous deficiently detailed structural articulations. These articulations balance the flow of life and enhance the experience of living amidst mountains and trees.

The Rashnan Villa House Gallery:
Text by the Architects: When the client first approached us, the building stood as an unfinished structure nestled in a garden near town. The structure was a typical one, with a nine-squared geometry: a naive reinterpretation of traditional pavilions, devoid of architectural articulations and spatial details, yet to be ornamented with some sheds and cliché decorative elements.
