Architecture Design of Stella Casa

Description About The Project

Stella Casa by Idee Architects is a contemporary villa gracefully perched on a hillside, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The architectural design adapts thoughtfully to the steep terrain, featuring a series of interconnected volumes strategically stacked along the slope. Each volume is carefully positioned to capture stunning views, fostering a sense of openness and integration with the landscape.

The villa’s dynamic form is defined by parallel blocks subtly layered to create a visually engaging arrangement. Between these volumes, garden courtyards and open-air walkways provide continuous green spaces, enhancing the flow between indoor and outdoor areas. This layout emphasizes tranquility and connectivity, with natural elements seamlessly integrated into the living spaces.

Expansive glass windows and transparent elements blur the line between interior and exterior, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. These large glass panels flood the interiors with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere and framing breathtaking vistas.

A striking infinity pool with a cascading waterfall serves as the centerpiece of the outdoor space. This sculptural pool seamlessly integrates with the villa’s landscape, offering a serene retreat for relaxation. The waterfall feature adds an element of tranquility, reinforcing the villa’s connection to nature.

The villa also includes thoughtfully designed staircases—both internal and external—that connect its multiple levels, contributing to the architectural rhythm of the stacked volumes. Open-plan living and kitchen areas extend directly to the pool and gardens, creating a fluid and flexible layout that invites both social interaction and peaceful solitude. Stella Casa embodies the perfect balance of contemporary design and natural harmony, providing an exceptional living experience.

The Stella Casa Gallery:

Text by the Architects: Perched gracefully on the hillside, Stella Casa is an embodiment of contemporary design, thoughtfully crafted to harmonize with its natural surroundings. The architectural layout is carefully adapted to the steep terrain, with a series of interconnected functional volumes stacked along the slope. Each volume is carefully oriented to capture the best views and create a sense of openness across the property. The design not only responds to the land’s topography but also emphasizes a fluid connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring that each section of the villa feels integrated into the landscape.
