Description About The Project

FA House, a visionary creation by Rocco Arquitetos, embodies the essence of hospitality, reflect the client’s desire to create a haven for friends. This guide principle steered the entire design process, result in a harmonious blend of functionality and warmth.

The main volume boasts a vast glass panel atop, ushering abundant natural light to suffuse the space. An expansive, interconnected area unfolds with living, dining, and a barbecue zone seamlessly merging. A TV room flanks the side, offer privacy through sliding doors. The integration of indoor and outdoor spaces is facilitated by expansive glass doors at both the front and rear, reveal a picturesque garden enveloping a jaboticaba tree to the rear, and a welcoming pool area to the front.

The house features a dynamic mixed structure, uniting steel and reinforced concrete elements. The roofing system showcases exposed wooden beams, thermoacoustic tiles, and a slatted cumaru wood lining, embodying a harmonious synthesis of form and function. The FA House stands as a testament to Rocco Arquitetos’ adeptness in translating the client’s vision into a design that not only beckons friends but also creates an ambiance of comfort and camaraderie.
