Located at 744 Nerang – Broadbeach Rd, Carrara, QLD, Australia, The Ashbourne House is a flawless fusion of luxury, functionality, and architectural magnificence. Designed by Jared Poole Design in collaboration with Kenins Group, this breathtaking residence sets a new standard in contemporary waterfront living. Completed in 2025 on a 1,161 m² allotment, The Ashbourne House offers 24 meters of wide water frontage along the Nerang River, delivering stunning panoramic views and unrivaled elegance.

Exquisite Waterfront Entertaining
Vast expanses of full-height glass encase the house, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors while flooding the interiors with natural light. The home boasts multiple entertaining spaces, including a MasterChef-worthy kitchen equipped with Smeg appliances, a butler’s pantry, and meticulously designed Caesarstone benches.

“The seamless integration of luxury and functionality was at the heart of our design philosophy,” shared Jared Poole in an interview with Luxury Houses Magazine. “We wanted to create a home that not only impresses but also invites people to relax and connect with the stunning natural surroundings.”
The lounge area of The Ashbourne House features a curved feature wall, a recessed TV niche, and a sleek cocktail bar cleverly hidden behind folding doors. Step outside to the double-storey alfresco terrace, where guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets and dramatic storms over the water and skyline, offering a perfect setting for stylish gatherings.

Natural stone and timber finishes are prevalent throughout The Ashbourne House, both indoors and outdoors, infusing the home with warmth and elegance. The Pacific Oak staircase leads to the upper level, where four bedrooms are located, including an upscale master suite reminiscent of a six-star hotel. “The outdoor spaces were designed to be as inviting as the interiors,” said the landscape architect. “It’s a home where every view, whether from inside or outside, is a masterpiece.” Luxury Houses Magazine attempted to contact the homeowners for insights into their experience living in The Ashbourne House, but no response was received by the time of publication.

Spread across two expansive levels, The Ashbourne House features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms, a cinema, and spacious living areas on each floor. The cinema room boasts automatic leather recliners and pure New Zealand wool carpet, creating a cozy environment for movie nights, while curved walls add a functional focal point to the space.
The upper level is devoted to rest and rejuvenation, with three bedrooms, each with walk-in robes, private bathrooms, and a second living area ideal for multi-generational co-living. The master retreat stands out with a walk-in-robe that mirrors a high-end fashion boutique, complete with brushed copper tapware and scalloped panels adding drama and visual interest throughout the kitchen, cinema, and living areas.
