Architecture Design of White House
Description About The Project
White House designed by DADA Partners, rooted in a minimalist design philosophy, is a study in purity, light, and spatial composition. Clad in white stucco, the residence features clean, planar volumes that create a sense of calm and contemplation. Through the strategic integration of courtyards and terraces, the monolithic structure is punctuated with voids, capturing sunlight and shade in a harmonious interplay of solid and open spaces.
The L-shaped layout embraces a lush central courtyard, complemented by a sleek, narrow swimming pool. The front elevation, facing east, is deliberately restrained, with a single corner window offering a subtle glimpse into the interior. The formal lounge, positioned at the front, enjoys panoramic views from three sides.
At the heart of the house, overlooking the green courtyard, lies an inviting central zone that includes a bar, an informal family lounge, a dining area, and a staircase hall. Two bedrooms are tucked away in the southern wing for privacy. The upper floor is dedicated to family living, with a centrally placed lounge and four spacious bedrooms, each opening onto expansive terraces that further enhance the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The White House Gallery:
Text by the Architects: The minimalist design approach of this project allows for a tactile reading of its sunlight spaces and volumes. Designed as a white stucco house, the projects clean planar volumes allow a calm and meditative reading of the spaces. By introducing smaller courtyards and multiple terraces, creates multiple voids in this otherwise inert and solid white mass. This alternating series of solid-void composition captures the sun and shade in simple yet powerful ways.
