Description About The Project

U-Space Villa Tam Dao designed by Idee Architects is a modern resort villa boasting four bedrooms, rests elegantly upon the sloping hill within the Tam Dao Golf Resort area. Situated on a sprawling 1000m2 rectangular plot, the villa unfolds toward the Southwestern front, gracing the grassy hills and sand pits of the golf course. While overlooking the gradually ascending mountain range to the Northeast draped in the pine forest of the Tam Dao mountains.

Indeed, the architects have sculpted a seamless, horizontal structure that beautifully connects these distinct vistas. The layout comprises both a single-story and two-story block, intertwined perpendicularly, enabling the breeze to flow through the entire space.

On the other hand, the design facilitates a gentle slope leading to a communal courtyard and swimming pool, offer a distinct living space that seamlessly connects the living and dining rooms. The architectural layout incorporates a modern glass door system that fully opens, seamlessly merging the indoors and outdoors. Materials such as bright concrete flooring extend throughout the common areas and courtyards, bridging the interior exterior divide.

The upper level bedrooms provide an immersive experience within the surrounding natural beauty. The family room and dining area integrate a spacious void, linking the house, front courtyard, sunny terrace, swimming pool, and garden. In addition to this, the primary garden serves as an entertainment haven, offer a breezy escape while sheltering from harsh sunlight.

Onverall, U-Space Villa Tam Dao stands as a harmonious interplay of modern design and natural surroundings, offer a serene escape while seamlessly connecting with the breathtaking landscape of Tam Dao.

U-space Villa, A Modern Oasis in the Tam Dao Mountains that harmounious with nature.

A generous swimming pool sits at the heart of the central courtyard, connected to a wooden deck. Also, the lower block terrace links to the outdoor dining courtyard. Sun shading in the afternoon showcases breathtaking sunset views from the mountain’s summit.

The layout features a modern glass door system allowing seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

A striking waterfall cascades into the pool, create a mesmerizing spectacle and an iconic feature of the villa.

An expansive central courtyard houses a sizable swimming pool, complemented by a wooden deck connecting to the lower block’s terrace via an external staircase. This outdoor dining courtyard features a captivating waterfall cascading into the pool, create a magnificent focal point.

On the other hand, bright concrete flooring unifies the common areas, extending seamlessly into the courtyards, harmonize the indoor outdoor divide.

Horizontal lines coupled with warm wooden furnishings create a sense of depth within the house, especially during sunset.

Also, the bedrooms, situated on the second floor, enjoy serene views of the natural surroundings.

Surrounding walls crafted from natural stone meld seamlessly with the forest hues, enhance the villa’s natural setting.

This place is a rectangle 1000m2 plot stretching down with the Southwestern front to the grass hills, sand pits of Goft course, behind the gradually rising mountain towards Northeast covered by the pine forest of the Tam Dao mountain range.
