Description About The Project

OfficeAT designed the Adrisa Residence, a stunning property located in the prestigious gated community of KAYA Estates on Bophut Hills in Koh Samui, Thailand. With a sprawling living area of approximately 1,400m2, this residence offers an unparalleled level of privacy and boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains.

To fully capitalize on the magnificent vistas, the architects employed a clever architectural strategy. They elevated a portion of the building to the second floor, allowing for unobstructed sightlines. Additionally, they relocated the service area underground, creating an expansive open space in the north-west corner. A central open courtyard incorporated within the house, provide interior views and establish a seamless flow from the main entrance on the south side.

To optimize the panoramic views, the bedrooms and living areas strategically positioned in the North-West corner. This configuration enables residents to revel in the surrounding scenery. An L-shaped pool, comprising a 25-meter lap pool for exercise and a 16-meter family pool with a Jacuzzi for relaxation, was situated in front of the living room, further enhancing the experience. The service area was cleverly concealed at the back of the house, maintaining the aesthetic appeal.
