Nature and earth tones dominate the color palette, accentuated with matte textures and metals to create an eclectic and collected aesthetic. The interior revamp focused on maintain an interactive and enjoyable atmosphere for the homeowner’s love for entertainment, feature neon-lit artwork in the courtyard, a “dance room” with a disco ball, custom record player, and lacquer lit Buddha artwork, alongside unique details, feature light fixtures, and appealing wallcoverings in each room.

In addition to this, KCID’s extensive renovation, under the ownership of the new owner, brought a brand new kitchen with deep walnut tones and dramatic Diamante Nero quartzite, and a serene primary bedroom with a calming halo glow on the built-in headboard wall. The design team curated rich finishes and natural fixtures, crafting a “soft plant to land” concept. From the stone charcoal Lueders limestone running from the exterior to the interior, to the carefully selected art pieces, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a harmonious and inviting living space.
