Description About The Project

Sky Villa, skillfully designed by MM++ Architects, is an exquisite project that offers a remarkable and unique sense of arrival. Accessible from the lower front of the site, visitors greeted by a suspended swimming pool with a transparent front, adding a dramatic touch. As the villa carved into the hillside, the ground floor features two bedrooms, each with a private garden and Jacuzzi, compensate for the absence of a panoramic view. In addition to this, a media/home cinema room sits at the back of the house, providing ample entertainment options.

In addition to this, on the first floor, the villa opens up to an awe inspiring fully open space with no windows, offering unobstructed panoramic views akin to a vast open deck. Also, guests can immerse themselves in an elevated outdoor indoor experience, relishing the scenery. The first floor boasts a splendid array of amenities, include a swimming pool, sunken living room, entertainment corner, dining area, and kitchen. The thoughtful merge of these functions allows the villa to operate like a boutique hotel, ensure guests have a memorable stay.

Besides, on the second floor, the five bedrooms boast large floor to ceiling windows that immerse guests in the breathtaking scenery. The minimalist interiors and open bathrooms, separated by partition walls. Hence, provide a sense of floating above the vast landscape, make the guest experience even more remarkable. Lastly, the rooftop, much like the first floor, offers entertainment delights. Include a large Jacuzzi under the open sky, a golf put, and a sandy outdoor sun lounge.

Text by the Architects: Located in Nha Trang, a seaside city on Vietnam’s Southeast coast, this vacation villa has a very privileged location. Carved into the hill, the 800 sqm site enjoys a unique ocean view, overlook the bay and mountains in the background. As the final piece in the client’s collection of vacation villas, the goal was to create a unique, playful guest experience and optimize the ocean views. The overall design put an accent on the simplicity of the construction shapes. Also, an exposed concrete slab, emanate brutalist influences, and a floating glass cube visually blend the construction with its environment.
