This architectural masterpiece cleverly steps back on each level, create a series of terraces on the upper floors. While the front section of the house offers expansive views of the golf course stretching across its entire width, the rear part doesn’t miss out on external vistas. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed courtyard that fulfills this need.

The architectural design incorporates setbacks on each floor, creating a sequence of terraces on the upper levels. Indeed, this thoughtful layout allows residents to step out onto these terraces and fully immerse themselves in the breathtaking surroundings, appreciate the incredible setting.

Text by the Architects: Positioned towards a corner of soaring towers on one side and a sprawling 18 hole golf greens to its front, the residence has been designed for a family that aspired for a contemporary home. Also, the intent of Zero One House was to have a very modest configuration of spaces around a central courtyard on two levels.
